A BIG letdown is having 7 litre pushrod V8's that sound like a 80's Nissan with a blocked muffler. The only time it sounds like a V8 is at idle.
Scroll through the engines when in B-Spec marathons and they mostly sound like they have the same crappy engine.
I have a Ford pushrod V8 that redlines at 7200RPM and if it sounded like whats on GT5 I would sell it.
A software patch with better engine sound would be a GREAT improvement and something one would of thought would be easy to do. Sound is one of our great senses and it needs better than what is currently on GT5.
I do have decent speakers hooked up but the problem is what you have to work with from the game.
