Yes, the tickets can be given .... level ticket 23 or Birthday tiecket 1970.
And out there is a glitch ticket too.

In the latest seasonal Real Circuit Tours 750PP, you can win very easy a level ticket 23.

A BD1970 ticket can be obtained by making a new account and put your birth year as 1970 and not your real one.

Further you must redeem the ticket until you get the 2J.
Hope you know the procedure.
