How can i get red chrome?

i really want red chrome, but i have not gotten a single chrome by myself. the ones i got has been used already.

but anyways, i wondered: how do i get red chrome?
ive seen a couple of guys having it online so i know its possible.

You need to buy the paint pack from the PS store.

Amongst the many paints, you get red chrome, as well as a few other chromes.
