how can I upload vedio clip?

Hi~
I have a few question.
First, I wanna uproad my video clip so I send the e-mail to webmaster. however I couldn't send it 'caused by a few problem.
So I can't recognize how to uproad my video-clip.

How can I contact webmaster? only e-mail? or anything else exapt e-mail?

and dou you guys know other ways to uproad the video-clip in here?
