how can you get notified when someone pits

this may be a stupid question but remebver back in the gran turismo 3 days when you did endurance races and it notified you when "... entered the pit" ive looked everywhere on how to turn it on but cant find it is there even anyway to do this?

There is not a feature like that in GT5.

Have a friend in the room verbally announce it... or type it. 👍

I think he is referring to the normal Aspec mode races

Park next to the pits and watch them go in?

You could *shrug* enable the minimap and change hte size so it shows the whole track.
Then you see those that stop at the pit area.

Fine, then have your friend stand over your shoulder and watch the map for a car that stops in the pits!

There are a few things, like this, which become glaring omissions when you are Endurance Racing. The lack of detailed timing and scoring is even more annoying than this.
