I've been wanting to create my own Liveries since so many people did such amazing jobs at recreating Cars from past titles. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get more Decals to use in the game, even with that Heat Studio app.
I DO know that it's possible, since there is an Icon in the Decal List that looks like a Box that is being unpacked. I assume that's for the Custom Decals, but I can't find any Menus in the game where I can find Custom Decals to get and use for my own Cars.
Can anybody help me out with getting Custom Decals for on PC? I'd highly appreciate being able to get tons of Aftermarket & Number Decals. Some Itasha-ish Decals can't hurt, either.
