How do I build Lobbies with Family and AI drivers

Ok so I have some people coming over this weekend. I have 2 sim rigs set up. 1GT Omega Titan w/Fanatec 1 cheap eBay w/Thrustmaster. 1is PS5 1is ps4. I have 2 paid PS plus accounts. My question is.. how can I set up a race that pits 2 players on there own full screens but also has AI/ GT7 career mode type drivers in the race with us? I don’t see any option to fill a lobby grid with AI. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

That's because there isn't one - you can't do what you're hoping to do.

Pd's still in the 90's and you want a 2000's feature give them a decade and you might get your wish
