how do I change my difficulty/Assist settings?

I do not want the blue tag assist helping me where to aim when I am driving... anymore
I do not message telling me to brake anymore

When I started, I even auto breaking assist which I had changed to just a red message telling me to break. Now I want to turn that off as well

I forgot where I set those up. I searched and I can't find anywhere.

Any ideas?

Nevermind I found it... Its in "Driving options" before a race.... Doh!
