How do i get the best F1 car?

Hi everyone im new...i have been playin gt3 for a while now and im about only 32%. I know im pretty slow but still.well my friend showd me one of his F1 cars and says its the best. I think it was 4094/H or somthin close to that.but he was bein a poop smear and wouldnt tell me where he got it. Well i would really like it if you told me if it was really the best f1 car. If not please tell me what the name is and where i can get it. thank you
 
F094/S is the best overall F1 car, if I am not mistaken...

you can win that car in either:

polyphony digital cup
100% completion of game
 
The Polyphony Digital cup is your best bet. Save at the end of race #9 and when you start race #10 exit out of it, NOT THE WHOLE CHAMPIONSHIP but just the race, if you have won all of your previous races you will still win the points and be granted one of the 4 prize cars. If it is not the F094-S, just hit reset and go back into race 10 and quit out, keep repeating until the F1 car comes. Easy as that. Once you do that just further down the road or whenever you can go back into race 10 and get the gold.
