How do I know if am banned??

hi guys since yesterday I've been trying to use the online features of GT6 but it keeps saying cannot connect to server ID(2:11) ANY Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you do anything that might cause you to get banned?

I did some googling and 2:11 seems to pop up for a lot of different reasons (anything from server maintenance, to a bad internet connection, to actually being banned), which makes me think that it doesn't actually say what's causing the problem, only that the consequences of it is that you can't connect to the server.

If you get banned, that's the error you get when you try go online.

Server maintenance is usually a different code, at least in GT6.

In GT5 this code wasn't just for bans though, which I find strange.

Sony doesn't make money by banning people - rather the reverse; they do everything possible to lure you in and will do everything possible to keep you as a patron.

To be shut out of the site is unusual. Try to communicate with them and find out why you cannot connect.

Unless, of course, you have been hacking the site - in which case it would be wise for Sony to shut the door on you.
