How do I learn Illustrator?

Simple question, however I don't want a super shakedown tutorial on how to open files and zoom out. I'm already fairly-quite-really-somewhat competent with Photoshop and have used Illustrator for this and that. I understand its framework but don't know how to do much in terms of its strengths over Photoshop. I'd like to learn how to convert things into vector files and how to play around with borders etc.

How do I learn this program that doesn't require me going over the simple basics of how Creative Suite works? Which tutorials would work for me better than a from-the-start guide?

Thanks!

Though the site is mainly Photoshop, they have many crossover tuts that'll help you out:
http://psd.tutsplus.com/

There's also this one which I use constantly:
http://creativenerds.co.uk/tutorials/the-best-adobe-illustrator-text-effect-tutorials/

And there's also a massive amount of help and tuts at:
http://www.tutorialmagazine.com/
Though I've had a bit of trouble accessing the page lately. Must be down for whatever reason.

Lastly, there's:
http://www.smashingmagazine.com/
Which focuses primarily on web design, but there's a lot of vectorial stuff in it too.

Yeah, you gave me the link the other day and it didn't work... probably because it was misspelled. This one works perfectly.
