how do I modify the RPF of Midnight Club Los Angeles in Codex 30 Explorer and change player 1 to any character from the game itself, for example the police or the race opponents on PC?

I wanted to put the FBI cop from the game itself, and when I switch to the car's cockpit camera, the character seems to get bigger in the game?

I tried with other characters in the game Midnight Club Los Angeles and it's the same thing as the FBI cop in this game, on codex 30?
