How do i post my photos on here?

Im new to these forums and i want to add my photos from my documents onto here but it always asks for an URL but i dont know where to go from there, so could someone please help.

Send them to XMB, copy them from there to a USB then transfer it to your PC and simply add them to a Photobucket or FlickR type account. Add them to your posts from the links in the pictures from the photo sharing site

right-click, then select a size, then right-click again and just copy the URL
