How do I post my time???

Ok, I know this has been asked one thousand times already. But I still can't do it. Everytime some one posts a link and says something like "click here, it'll take you to this form where you fill out your info for the time" or they give a step by step walkthrough of how to do it, I always end up in the same friggn' place. I blank page that says "Sorry, your account does not have access to this section." Do you have to be a premium member to post a time on the leaderboard or something. Maybe this is a stupid question, I don't know. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
 
It might be because you are a new member. Some more posts around the forums might do the trick.

You could also try asking a moderator (The people who's names are black and bold, I.E. Touring Mars) I'm sure they will be happy to help you out.:)
 
im also having this problem i cant submit my time and get the same screen "Sorry, your account does not have access to this section." just wondering if i need to be a recognizable member or somethign along those lines
 
I can't post a time cause I don't know where to click, the closest thing I can find is "Register Now and start submiting your own times" but it doesn't let me post a time
 
Same here evoVIII racer. when i click on that, it says i am a registered user and then i get taken back to the times!
