How do I stop Photoshop opening when I open any picture from Windows Explorer?

It's just a very quick simple question, as it has been annoying me for a while now. It originally opened pictures up in Windows Fax Viewer, which loads 10 times faster, until I installed Photoshop.

Can anyone tell me how to change this? Thanks!

Edit: OH, nevermind. It was Right-Click on the image, go to Properties then select the software you want it to open in.
 
For a more general solution, open 'My Computer', go to 'Tools' and then 'Folder Options' and then click the 'Flie Types' tab - from the list of file types, you can define any piece of software to open any type of file...
