Well first of all is your RS 4 fully repaired, and modified (all parts added) if not do so, if so then go into a practice session, then go to settings and then it will display all the settings for your car. At that point you can tune your car to what ever you want .
BTW i have a fully repaired, modified, and tunes Audi S4 and i absolutey love racing it, very well balenced car.
