How do I turn of 3d without a 3d Monitor? Someone tell me the step

I was at my friends place using my gt5 on his 3d tv.

I brought it back home and now my tv has unsupported input and there's no way I can remember to turn it off unless someone tells me the key presses from the main menu

eg left 3 times, X, right 4 times, enter, down, enter etc. To turn 3d from on to off.
 
According to this thread, you have to turn your PS3 off, then press and hold the power button down for a few seconds until it beeps a few times. That should reset the PS3 from 3D to 2D.

Edit: I just tested it, and it did reset many of my video options. So yeah, hold the power button until you hear a second beep when turning the system on. :)
 
Thanks man worked great. I was going to do that anyway but I figured the 3d settings remains locked on in the gt5 save, thankfully that's not the case
