How do I turn off HUD?

BLAZE A ROACH
Man I absolutely love this game. It took me and my brother 3 years to get the game to 94.5% complete. So my question is I own a Plasma and can't play GT5 without turning the H.U.D off, and I can't find anyway to turn it off?

ANYBODY please help
