How do members hook up for good games?

I was online yesterday trying to find some decent racing and was frustrated trying to find other people to play with. Seeing as though I am reading on this forum a lot i wanted to see how other members are getting together for good games?

I have not been in the loop for a while(couple of months) but the group at Team Speak is very freindly, a little fast for me.... but great guys.
