How do the online lobbies work?

Just looking for a general description of how it works.

Are there official PD events like Prologue or just the user created lobbies?

I assume user created lobbies can be set private or public and it looks like you search based on criteria?

What kind of rules can you setup for a lobby? (specifically what cars / power can be used, damage, etc)

Do you use your single player garage online or is it separate?

Does cash you earn online equate to something you can use in single player? How much cash is awarded roughly? (is that configurable or perhaps based on power of the cars and laps?)

Any sign of tools for organizing leagues?

Sorry for so many questions, many thanks to anyone who can answer any of the above. Less than 24h, I suppose I could just wait.

are there anyone who knows if you are a host you can choose 2 cars from your garage and then they will be the only cars you can race with in the race

found all that stuff and more, just need to set it all up in various places.
