Is there a way I can contact them or several of us so that they release a patch to fix the livery bugs?

For example the invisible decals, a bunch of times if I pick any decal it goes invisible so I cant see where to place it, I can increase or decrease the size its still invisible and move it around still invisible. Doesnt matter if I exit and enter the setup again same issue. I can change the car paint color same issue still.

Also really really really want them to let us change the already made liveries they have when you purchase the game. Like we have a limit of colors I want to change the base color, or decal color. I hate how you lose everything they added when you try to edit its a blank canvas and you cant select the same logos and decals in some cases

Lastly I want them to let us put decals under the wings, some cars have decals under them and if you try to replicate a nice looking wing from the one created you cant you can only place them on top

First issue sounds crazy.

Second issue is presumably to prevent someone loading up a downloaded paint and “stealing” it to upload as their own.

Third issue. You can. Use the project layer to camera instead of to angle tool/option. Its when you select add decal, but before the grid layout showing user/shape/font/fantasy/etc. Should have three little icons to choose between,

Invisible decals might be your view box setting when you saved the .svg. Your decal is actually there, but it is not centred and does not fill the view, so might be really small and you can't see it.

I had this once when I forgot to set the view box correctly. The decal was in the top left corner. It came in the car really small, and when I enlarged it, it got pushed out of the car's surface, because scaling happens from the centre of the view box, not the centre of the decal.

I dont suppose you know how to edit the view box setting in AI do you?

you can adjust it manualy to the size of the logo, via the artboard. Or if select the logo and choose when saving in the save options to save the viewbox, it should create the viewbox based on the size of the selected logo, but I'm not quite sure. It should though.

Edit: Ok I see Illustrator doesn't have a viewbox option. So the artboard defines the viewbox of the svg. Make sure the logo is centred on the artboard and fills it up nicely.

You can resize the artboard in illustrator to automatically fit the logo. Check 'Objects -> Artboard -> Fit to selected art'.

However, there is a known bug in some Illustrator versions which accidentally misplaces the logo after saving the file. Thus I recommend to check the resulting SVG by re-opening it in Illustrator after saving. If you find your logo misplaced in respect to the artboard, you can either copy the logo to the clipboard and paste it into a new file or manually move the logo to the center of the artboard. The aforementioned menu item will re-fit your artboard to the logo, but after saving the logo will be misplaced again.

EDIT:
On top of this error, the logos will always look fine when you upload them to gran-turismo.com. It looks like the website interprets the SVG file a little differently, so in the browser even a misplaced logo will look okay. In the game however, the logo will be misplaced again. Any part of the logo which is not on the artboard will be cut off by the game. As a result, a misplaced logo will only appear in part or (if the logo is completely off the artboard) will not appear at all.

Oh no these arent my own custom logos I havent figured out how to view or add downloaded decals and logos that others have created. For my first car I was testing it with the default already created logos for example the stripes which is large but yeah if I decrease or increase the size, or rotate it or move it around for like 30secs I can see the logo flickering, like a constant flicker and if I stand still and dont move it it just vanishes and then if I press any button it wont appear. Most of the time also I try to keep it moving so at least I can see the flicker to see where to place it but after awhile it just vanishes again while moving so I think somehow I got a bug, or maybe its a bug on some cars

I was using that Dodge Viper top end car I think it was the 2015 model I forget, comes in 1 color white and blue stripes. I love the look of it as is and want to recreate it by making it blue with white stripes instead so with the livery editor it stripes the car bare and when I paint it base blue and then try to pick the stripes decal thats when the issue appears. I put the stripe on the bonet, roof and hood but when I try to use brand logos after that they start to flicker and if I test with another stripe to place randomly elsewhere that flickers and vanishes too.

Also thanks for the tip on putting a decal under the wing with the projection method Ill test this out today I hope that works

You can check the paintable or current working areas by clicking one of the thumbs sticks, if you move a decal from the roof to say the bonnet you won't be able to see it because the bonnet is not the same area of the car. The same for the wings, mirrors etc...

If it isn't that you may need to adjust angle and depth under the projection options. The game doesn't like you moving a decal from the roof to the side of the car either, you can overcome this with angle and depth, but it is always better to start where you intend to place the decal.

It could be that you are placing it on an area outside your current "work area". You can see your work area by clicking R3; it shows in blue, the white areas are where the decals will not show for your selected area (i.e. body, hood, mirror, etc.)

For example, many cars have an "other" which is usually splitters or aero bits and such. If you add a layer to "other" it will still be added to the "body" area unless you are using camera alignment. If you move it to a blue area it will appear. On the flip, if you are adding to the body area you cannot drag it over the hood as that is a separate work area.

EDIT: tree'd by gravel!

Is this what's possibly the problem with my decals?

There's a livery glitch.
When I put a livery on a car, save turn off the game.
The next time I play Gran Turismo Sport, the livery is not on the car, so I have to put the livery on the car AGAIN before driving it.
I save, and the next time I play Gran Turismo Sport again, the livery is off the car AGAIN!
