when i try to overtake or on the start when you go in the first turn side by side. when i touch very slightly a other car, usually tyre against tyre my car always spin to the other dirication on the same standard way. i just spin. the IA never seems to lose control. can you avoid the spinning when you hit a car on the side. is use no assists, maybe a little TC. but thats all.

accidents happen, sometimes you get forced to hit someone.

And that's what's causing you to spin. So stop hitting other cars, even a little, and you'll spin out much less. Also I have seen AI cars lose control and spin from a variety of situations that didn't involve me.

Maybe your to hard on the throttle while sliding away?

and, indeed, avoid other cars :)

Try to apply light throttle as early in the turn as possible. This shifts the weight back to the rear and gives the rear tyres more grip.

even on expert, I've only had the ai bully me a few times, and both times, i was in a virgin, and it was a ferrari trying to push me. :/ The AI are not fast through some of the corners and slow down way too much, so you just have to wait for a smart time to pass. Try messing with the car setup a bit, I run 50/50 break bias, and that seemed to help me outbrake the AI on bahrain without locking my tires.

I'm using Fanatec porsche turbo S wheel @ 270degrees w/ no deadzone and clubsport pedals.

You can not ever get into a battle w/ another car like in NASCAR or you could get penalized. So take your time and just set them up w/ opposite line style. When they are outside your inside no matter what. You can never pass anyone by driving behind them unless you give them the chrome horn.

If your trying to not spin out in a corner when exiting just drive the track like it was wet and you’ll know what to do.
