How do you get the Audi R8 LMS race car '09??

Hey, I was just wondering if someone can tell me how you get the Audi R8 LMS race car, the '09 one and if the car is actually a Premium car, although it isn't listed in the dealership section as such...

Also, any advice on what I should buy at the moment. I have 3.6 million, so should I go for the Ford GT Test Car Spec II (black one) in the dealership or save for the GT Race Car by Citroen... any advice would be appreciated.

Finally, I'm on lvl 27, but want the X1 just now, any cool person in the UK that could send me the X1 for a tuned supercar of some sort - I would be well grateful...

Cheers for the info on the GT race car by Citroen. Definitely going for the black Ford GT Spec II Test car in the dealership, even although I already have a fully tuned Ford GT.
