How do you glitch through the ropes in Kyoto?

Sorry if this should be in the Photomode Forum, I wasn't sure. I have seen many pictures taken at Kyoto Shoren-in of cars in places they couldn't be: almost always in Camera Position 3, where the car is on the other side of the ropes, which is not possible through normal methods. I have even seen cars as far away as the vending machines on the other side of the Atenza. I have no idea how they are doing this and was wondering if anyone here did know.
 
I read that thread, but it only discusses shots of the cars interior, i.e. glitching the camera rather than glitching the car.
