I just started playing GT5 and messing around with the camera. I cannot for the life of me get rid of those nasty shadows around the wheels!!! When i look in the realistic thread i dont think i saw a single photo with those shadows! How are you guys doing it? The shadows are even there when you jump! Those shadows ruin what would be perfectly fine shots sometimes.

Ive tried turning down the exposure to try to blend the shadows in but it doesnt work. Only way so far to make them go away is to take a side shot of the car. Also, is there a way to control contrast?

Are you using a standard model car? If so, that is probably the cause of these jaggies.

Premium have a vastly higher polygon count so have graphical fidelity which is unattainable when upscaling cars from GT4 and GT PSP which is what the standard models are. You can get jaggies when there is smoke or spray around the wheels.

I am using a Premium car, I think its a Civic Type R 2008 or 2010 model. I was racing an Aspec race on the track with the huge circle thing thats on the side of a mountain. I went into photo mode from the replay and those shadows are still around the wheels.

How do I get the picture file from my PS3 so I can upload it to show you guys?

1/ Save the photo
2/ Go to 'Photo Album' on My Home screen
3/ Open photo
4/ Select 'Export to XMB Photo menu'.
5/ From XMB save to a USB then you are good to go!

This picture is not a true standard car representation, it was confirmed to be a low LOD model

True. I just grabbed it off Google as an example. Compare that to the Veyron or Prowler.
