I run with a fairly tuned car.
I wish that you could see what the other cars were running HP-wise like in GT1, so as not to build way too much power in.
Or that the HP limits would come back like in GT2.

Not totally maxed out on hp. But on suspension, d train, and brakes yes they are maxed.

I also like to play with full suspension, full drive train (especially LSD), and brakes. :D

The hp mods are where I believe that moderation is the best policy. No point in racing if you're lapping the competition.

depends on how i'm feeling that day..i got 2 of each car almost...one stock(execpt d'train, clutch etc...) and one maxed...fully tuned.

I usually run with a car built/adjusted to be within 1 second (+/-) of the pole.

It's odd, but I am very reluctant to add parts to my race cars. I play with all the settings that are already adjustable, but I rarely buy more parts. I want the experience of racing the purpose-built cars as they were built. It's just a strange prejudice of mine, I guess.

I have street cars running the gamut from +150,000-credit buildups to bone stock. I do tend to add parts only as needed there - addressing the weaknesses by priority rather than just shooting the wad at one time.

I usually just mod up a car so that I will be able to remain competitive with the AI.
I don't want to blow them away, I want it to be an exciting race.

Gets a bit boring when you tear away in your superior car i like pack racing fighting for the corners great fun :D

I max them out but not the totally max out because it will make your car suck ,dude and drive like a piece of junk

i like to buy all the parts the car has available, but not equip them all. maybe just the drivetrain & suspension. after i master that, i'll go with the engine mods. it's convenient.

I use a moderate ammount of mods, enough to keep things competitive. I cannot resist the urge to mess around with how the cars are set up.

Stock to the bone!

I mean, I don´t like buying parts to my cars!

I think it´s much more fun to drive the car the way it was built, and adjusting your way of driving to each car, instead of adjusting the car to your driving style!

Still, some cars just need a bit of tuning...

For example, when you drive an Altezza (one of the best cars in the game in my opinion), you feel the need to take it some weight off!

Anyway, I´m considering buying another Memory Card so I can have a garage with stock only cars.
