How do you make forum signature

Hello I am new to forums customizations

I see people's posts with like a signature on all posts they make

I dont know what its called but I just know it as signature.

I want to put my own signature

Not the pictures or graphic

I just want to type my own sentence with a link on it

How do I do this?
 
Click on the "My GT Planet" link (up near the top right of your screen).

All the tools for setting Avatar, Sig etc. are in there.
