How do you report people on Ps3?

Some man/kid is using offensive langue via private message on ps3? How do i report him thanks.?

You can't report people on your Friends list through the console - quite justifiably, Sony seem to think you won't want to be friends with someone who you also want to report.

Remove them. Then go to one of the messages that is abusive. Hit Triangle and right at the bottom will be "Grief Report". Pick that and it's quite straightforward from there - pick a reason and submit.

You can also report them through your local playstation.com website. Just hunt for "Grief Reporting".

Well you can't make him give it to you and Sony won't. You have three choices:

1. Remove him from your friend list.
2. Remove him from your friend list and report him.
3. Put up with the abusive messages and wait for a digital car for use in a video game even though he most likely isn't going to give it to you.

I know I'd choose option 1 or 2.

I asked him for the car several times after I sent mine to him. He said 6 hours is when I can next trade so I waited 12 hours later and asked again he started to abuse me. its now been around about 24 hours.

yeah the abuse is the point of the report. might of been a cuda which is rare but it is pixels

Did that and heres steps for what I did.
1.Logged in when it told me to.
2.Enterd the report.
3.Pressed next
4 It asked me to and told me to:

Got my car back and still cant get the report to work

I did. I went to the link, clicked "PlayStation.com.au online support", clicked "Log in here", got the above screen, logged in, entered the relevant information (ID you're reporting, type of complaint, date and time and description of complaint), clicked "Submit" and got the Thank You screen.
