How do you screenshot in GT5??

How do you screenshot or take picture inside the game while on the track??

and how do you transfer it to your computer/laptop??

It involves going into a replay after your race, then pause at the point of your picture then go into PHOTOMODE, snap your shot, then in your gallery , export to XMB, then either email it thru you PS3 browser to yourself or, onto some type of media storage.
