Not the test car but the regular spec II, is it won in A-spec dream car championship?

Also, how do you get the ford gt lm race car, not the spec II, I heard it's rare. UCD?

The "Level 21" is the class of cars that you have a chance of receiving from that ticket, not your A-Spec or B-Spec level.

You get the ticket for completing all the "Expert" races or championships in A-Spec or B-Spec modes with all golds (or if you want 2 tickets, you can complete both).
