How does one purchase the Windows version of Project Cars?

Amazon has the XBox One and PS4 versions available for pre-order however found nothing for the Windows version of the game.

I assume you're in the US if you can't find PC or Limited Edition pre orders locally(?) However, while we wait for info on that, you can get it in the Steam shop.
 
yeah, what DrJustice just said, I was unable to get a Limited Edition in the US market so I opted to buy it from Steam, Also it is currently in Pre-order right now so you will also get the 5 cars from the Limited Edition and the 3 for pre-ordering.
