How does the Ultimate Edition work?

new to assetto. I am going to be getting the Ultimate Edition for the PS4 pro.

When I buy the Ultimate Edition do ALL the CARS and TRACKS come ready to use?

Or do I have to use the enclosed (if there is any) DLCS myself? How does the ultimate edition work out of the box? (so to speak)

I'm deciding buying it used or brand new.

What are your recommendations?
 
Repeating what I said on your other post, the Ultimate Edition is indeed ultimate and includes all the DLC, cars and tracks. It also includes more of the individual offline challenges outside of the career mode (hotlaps, single races and drift events) which you cannot get any other way.
