I was just wandering how others peoples school time tables are arranged. Here's mine:

08:45am-09:45am- Lesson 1
09:45am-10:45am- Lesson 2
10:45am-11:05am- Tutor group/Registration/Assembly
11:05am-11:25am- Break
11:25am-12:25pm- Lesson 3
12:25pm-01:25pm- Lesson 4
01:25pm-02:15pm- Luchbreak
02:15pm-03:15pm- Lesson 5
03:15pm - Home

Well, right now I have German at 9:30 MTWF, Chemistry at 1:00 MWF, chem lab at 3 to 6 on Wednesday, CAD from 3 to 5 on Tuesday and an FYS thingy from 1:30 to 2:30 TR.

I just ditched my Calc II class which was at 8:30 MWF and 8:00 Thursdays:nervous:.

I guess that's the best way to explain a block schedule.

From the thread title, apparently yours needs a little more emphasis on 'be' verbs. :sly:

My current schooling goes like this:

- Wake up.
- Intarwebs.
- Sleep.

With food in between.

My high school was a rotator schedule, though. 7 classes, but 6 one-hour classes (periods) per day plus lunch. So, day one, the 7th class is omitted from the 6-period schedule. Day two, the 6th class is omitted; day three, the 5th, and so on.

8.45 - 9.10 - Registration
9.10 - 10.10 - Period 1
10.10 - 10.30 - Break
10.30 - 11.30 - Period 2
11.30 - 12.30 - Period 3
12.30 - 1.35 - Lunch
1.35 - 2.35 - Period 4
2.35 - 3.35 - Period 5

My school really weird with its schedule. We have Blue days and gray day's. So Monday it's blue, Tues. gray, Wed. blue, so on and so on. We have different classes on both days, so we take all of our courses all year long.

The schedule goes something like...

8:00-9:15- First Block
9:20-9:40- Homeroom - I always skip it.
9:45-11:00- Second block
11:05-11:40- First lunch- For me anyways.
11:45-1:00- Third block
1:05-2:20- Learning Lab/Study hall.

8:30 - 9:00 : Registration
9:00 - 9:55 : Lesson 1
10:00 - 11:05 : Lesson 2
11:05 - 11:25 : Break
11:30 - 12:30 : Lesson 3
12:30 - 1:15 : Lunch
1:15 - 2:30: Lesson 4
2:30 : Home or Extra stuff.

My normal schedule:

8:45-First bell
8:50-Second bell
8:55-10:10-Period A/E
10:15-11:30-Period B/F
11:30-12:25-Lunch
12:30-1:45-Period C/G
1:50-3:05-Period D/H
3:25- GT TIME!

There is a 2-day cycle, one set of consecutive letters (A-D) representing one day, the rest the next.

Day 1
Period A- English
Period B- Visual Arts
Period C- Phys. Ed.
Period D- Latin

Day 2
Period E- Geography
Period F- Science
Period G- French
Period H- Math

So, my day 2 is a bit of a drag, as you can see.

Assembly schedule:
8:50-8:55-Announcements
8:55-10:55-Period A/E
11:00-12:00-Period B/F
12:00-12:55-Lunch
1:00-2:00-Period C/G
2:05-3:05-Period D/H
3:20-GT TIME! (Starts earlier!)

Modified Schedule (or Late Start! Yea!)
7:50-9:05-Ace Combat/GT TIME!
8:35-9:35-Staff meeting
9:40-9:45-First bell and National Anthem
9:45-10:45-Period A/E
10:55-11:55-Period B/F
12:00-1:00-Lunch
1:00-2:00-Period C/G
2:05-3:05-Period D/H
3:25-Living... then GT TIME!

I have a life...

8:30-10:30: first class
10:35-12:30: second class
12:30-13:30: lunch break
13:30-15:30: third class
15:35-17:30: last class

But the 35 tends to be 45 mostly :)
And i don't have classes all the time like this. Somedays i only have classes in the afternoon, or no classes at all.

1st Period 8:30-9:45
2nd Period 9:49-11:07
3rd Period 11:11-12:30
4th Period 12:34-1:45
5th Period 1:49-3:05

Any period can be our lunch and there should be 4 classes in a day

Monday Wednesday
1st class 10:10-11:40
2nd class 1:10-2:40
3rd class 3:30-5:00

Tuesday Thursday
Only 1 class from 1:30-3:00

My schedule does arranged is likes this:

Mon: Psychology
Tue: Anthropology
Wed: Psychology
Thur: Anthropology
Friday: Psychology

The school of hard knocks does it like this:

5:45-7:25: Dread going to work
7:30-4:30: Work
4:35-11:00: Be happy work is over

If I remember correctly, my high school schedule was like this:

7:20-8:15 Period 1
8:20-9:15 Period 2
9:15-9:30 Break
9:30-10:25 Period 3
10:30-11:25 Period 4
11:30-1:00 Period 5/Lunch
1:00-1:55 Period 6

I like having block scheduling, It's a lot easier.

1st 7:30 - 9:00
2nd 9:05 - 9:20
3rd 9:25 - 10:50
4th 10:55 - 12:50 (Lunch is in between that class but idk the time because i don't go. There's 4 different lunches)
5th 12:55 - 2:25

High schools? Let's see if I can remember...

7:25 - 8:51 -> 1st period
8:56 - 10:08 -> 2nd
10:13 - 10:42 -> Lunch/advisory
10:42 - 11:17 -> advisory/lunch
11:22 - 12:43 -> 3rd
12:48 - 2:05 -> 4th.

If I did remember correctly, those should all be I think 83 minutes. I don't think I got it right though. And the school seems to have changed it again, conveniently, for the 5th time in 5 years.:scared: It was pretty nuts. I never really did figure it out.

And on Thursday, it was something else.

My Highschool had wack job times, I have no idea who thought of them and even less idea how I can still remember them.

Period 1: 9:15-10:03

Recess: 10:52-11:16
Period 3: 11:16-12:03
Period 4: 12:03-12:51
Lunch: 12:51-1:42
Period 5: 1:42-2:30
Period 6: 2:30-3:16

The best part was the 9:15am start, the school less than 1km away started at 8am, I wasn't even up by then....

Well, school can be tiring.

I used to take a bicycle to school, until a band of illegitimates cut my lock and stole my bike! During school hours too! It was a sad day...

Anyways, sounds like your school is in a bit of a not-so ideal place.

Err, Wake up at 7:30 (Really means 11:00), sign on to time4learning (online school program), at 12:00 I eat lunch and do some chores, then return to school at 1:00 till 3:00, that is, if I'm not taking care of 30+ ducks/18 cocker spainels etc.

From,
Chris.

Right now, it goes a little something like this ('cause I'm at uni):

Monday
- 10-11AM Communications

Tuesday
- 2-3PM Communications

Wednesday
- 9AM-12PM Marketing and Management
- 2-3PM Accounting
- 6.30-9.30PM Professional Development Program (residental college-based)

Thursday
- 10-11AM Communications
- 1-3PM Marketing and Management
- 4-5PM Accounting

Friday
- 9AM-12PM Vice Chancellor's Student Leadership Program
- 12-4PM Communications

However, all my subjects have finished for this semester; I've just got two exams left in two weeks. All my free time is usually used doing work or playing sport, but a few of my friends do forty-hour weeks, including nine-hour practical sessions (they do science).
