Do you guys do more show (more angle but slower) or more speed (some angle but faster)? I try to battle my ghost so I hafta push the limits (more speed).
I go for show. All the time. I never do racing drift unless the car is over 500HP. I usally dont drift a car over 300, but it's fun at times. Chaser = LOTS OF HP, but a blast to do showy drifts.
It really depends on the car for me, my FD and ZZII I use for racing, but I'd say I still get quite the amount of angle. My FC, 86, and 34 is where the show is however.
When i started drifting i only did speed drifting,now i think show drifting is
much nicer.I also drift only 4wd.......
But it's a personal choice......
I go for show and try to drift in the lane some times.... its fun or i do it takumi style and get really really close to the gardrail or the gutter ... its lot more intence
I go for smooth, good speed and consistant drift following a wide racing line. I guess racing? Trying to throw in more angle before the apex though =P. 👍
for me:
first lap on free run is a race drift.
depending on what i want to do the next lap is either:
racing if i wanna go Initial D style on Deep Forest II
or
showy if I wanna just do tandems next to myself.
i don't know any of my friends styles well enough to drift with them. kinda sad huh?
