.. gawd do I pull a pic off my PS2 ??
Yes I have a digital camera, and yes i'm familiar with the USB port
connection, but when I attatch the USB cord up to the PS & the
camera I see nothing !! I'd love to be able to pull pics outta GT4 and
u/l them to my computer but just need a lil' help........thanX!!

To get photos on to your computer save the photo files onto a USB stick, once you've done, stick the, uh, stick in the computer and there ya go.
 
You are using Photo Mode in GT4, right? You can't just watch the game through a USB port. Photo mode will save to anyhting the PS2 recognizes as a drive, which is most thumb drives and some people reported cameras being seen as storage.

TV capture card, and video editing software.

A search on GTP for "Capture Card" will reward you nicely.
 
Be aware though, non flash-drive sticks will not work. Be sure to have with flash memory.
