How is Logitech customer support?

Recently purchased a DFGT wheel from Logitech. I quickly found out there was a small defect in the pedals, there was a brake application of about 10% after a let off the brake. I unplugged it and it would work again for a little while but would eventually start malfunctioning again.
I called them and they sent me a UPS label to send it back-Awesome! Now I dropped it off wednesday and I waited until today to start worrying because I have not heard anything back from them yet (they said they would email upon receiving it). Should I be worried? I got really attached to having a wheel in the short time I did have it, and can't wait to get it back.
How was your experience dealing with Logitech customer support? How long did it take you to receive a replacement?

I've had no problems with mine, but have read many posts stating that the service is top notch.

I had a very excellent experience with Logitech Customer service. I think that they are the best in world!

Excellent. My G25 was a week over warranty but they sent me a replacement part for free (normally I would have to send the wheel, in this case pedals in, but the guy was nice and just shipped me the part). They are also very clear in their explanations.

Don't get me wrong they seem pretty good. Except I haven't heard anything further since I mailed it back. I even tried following up in email. Maybe I'm just being impatient.

They have the best customer support in the business for our hobby. I had a 3yr old G25 that the top half of wheel rim was broke inside the leather wrap and when I called looking for a replacement rim they said they don't have replacement parts, instead offered me 50% off of a G27 and I jumped on that! Made an adapter for the G25, added a Sparco rim and Perfect Pedal mod to pedals and still have both.

I finally got my confirmation that my wheel showed up to the company. Now I just have to wait for them to either fix it or send new one. I'll get another email when it leaves for delivery. I'll say so far this wasn't the best entry experience into owning a wheel but I do really like the product, and how I was treated.

Logitech replaced my broken DFGT twice without even asking for it back or to see pictures. Their service is top notch.
