Just how long have you lived?

I was bored, so I felt like doing some number crunching. And I came up with this.

How long you've lived:
In parentheses after each time is the latest date you could have been born to have lived longer than that time period... :D

900,000h (3rd April 1901) - Age 102

(in all cases assume I'm only using full days. Remember that leap years occurred in 2000, 1996, 1992, 1988, 1984, 1980, 1976, 1972, 1968, 1964, 1960, 1956, 1952, 1948, 1944, 1940, 1936, 1932, 1928, 1924, 1920, 1916, 1912, 1908 and 1904. 1900 was not a leap year, but I don't cover it here, so shove it. And if you think I'm changing it at any point after today, shove it further).

While the dates will change (every day, as it happens), the ages you must be to have passed each milestone won't.

I was very, very bored...

:D

I was just bored and worked out I was 841 million seconds old. Then I figured, if we celebrate our birthdays, and that our car has just clicked over to 50,000 miles, why not celebrate our one-billionth-seconddays, or quarter-of-a-millionth-hourdays?

I was bored. Okay?! :D

Nope - I ignored leap seconds as I was only working to full days. For me it's roughly right, as I was born at 2:04am (to the very minute Marc Bolan was dying... Odd, innit? :D). I was just working on the "billionth-second-day" theory - as in what day you should celebrate your billionth-second in existence... :D

Meh, it'll only last a second anyway.

As for me, I'll count my 10,000,000th minute on May 10 at 5:55 pm.

There's no way I'm going to remember that.

Make it a new trend to remember the billionth second. :)

That's roughly 12,418 days. Or 298,032 hours (you'll reach your 300,000th hour on April 12th this year - my brother's 35th birthday :D). Or 17,881,920 minutes. Or 1,072,915,200 seconds (you passed your billionth already! :D).

:lol   My wife is currently cooking dinner. I told her that I missed my "one billionth second alive" party. She said, "Get a life."

I would think it is a 24 hour clock thing

From: Friday, June 1, 1979 02:34:03
to: Wednesday, January 21, 2004 23:47:00
It is 9000 days, 21 hours, 12 minutes and 57 seconds between those dates

Or 777676377 seconds or 12961272 minutes or 216021 hours

I don't know. I tried using military time and I got the same number. I was born at about 7:56 am. I entered 07 and 19 and no change.

Hmm, I will have to agree, thirteen years to remember a thing like that, hardly possible.
