How low can the X2010 go?

So, my BSpec workhorse X2010 S.Vettel has 32820.6 miles on it. I've never given it an oil change, engine overhaul nor chassis overhaul.

It currently has 1324HP and 470 ft-lb of torque.

So my question to the community is:

Barring any artificial means of limiting the X2010's power (i.e. the power limiter), how low have you managed to make your X2010's power figures go?

I imagine that I'm not the only community member who's done this, since the X2010 doesn't need maintenance in its path to destroying anything the AI throws at it. And the fact that 1 million credits is a lot of money to waste on overhauls.

I imagine so. Try, try, try. Don't be shy. Let us know how it goes.

I think it keeps going down and eventually after so many miles, it will never go back to the original, highest hp after break-in, even with an engine rebuild.

Here is a good thread on the subject of oil changes/engine rebuilds, etc. It contains links to other threads of information as well. It's a little dated (around the V1.07 timeframe), but it should be able to help you. 👍

my grinder has about 22,000 miles on it. has 1471 hp

i change the oil every time i finish auto-grinding it. never rebuilt the engine though

funny thing is, the brand new one i have with 0 miles and no oil change has 1438 hp

i suspect if you change the oil it will shoot up quite a bit

Just had it had over hauled, it was sitting at 1399hp with about 28000 miles on it, i wasn't gonna do at first but with 20 mil. credits I had to dump some of it, might as well dump it on my first x1. Now it sit's at 1526hp with 1 PP lower than a brand new X1- funny

I noticed my chassis started to give out after 19,000 miles of A-Spec and B-Spec racing, so I just completely overhauled it.

Picked up about 70 HP and handeled better.

Back to the original subject, I don't see a limit for how long an X2010 can go in offline mode. A fully detuned X2010 can drive around a track in 7th gear, and only the FGT can come close to catching it.

For Online mode, you probably want to overhaul it every 8,000-10,000 miles just to make sure you can keep up with other X2010s.

mine has 78,XXX miles, i just change the oil after 5 races and HP top out at 1471. after 5 races hp is 1356hp. then change oil again. never did engine overhaul

Same thing here. My B-Spec endurance race ($$ maker) is the X1. Even willing to put street hard tires on the X1 for some of the B-Spec races.

Lots of miles, around 60k?
