how make the picture to thumbnail size??

everytime i insert a image, it always shows as its original size~~~so i want to ask u guys how to make it in thumbnail viewing....

Upload it on imageshack.

or use your own site with pictures and thumbnails - for example:


- have a picture here:
www.my-site.com/gt4/pic/car.jpg
- make a thumbnail of it (decide on size and that's it)
www.my-site.com/gt4/pic/car_thumb.jpg

Then you go to forums and post it like a link (the link had to be written in Notepad, since the forum just shanges it into link )
