So, just curious, how many fanbois gave up their right to a real trial and accepted the arbitration agreement by SONY on the last download?
I personally quit the game online with over 1500 cars because of it. Just curious if you guys actually understand the repercussions to what you are agreeing to. This is despite the fact that SONY has taken away what I paid for(read they stole it from me, yes stole it) I paid for a PS3 and GT5 and now unless I say I cant sue them I cant use it anymore.. WTF... Hey well I know this thread will get deleted because everyone here doesn't care about their rights but one day you will..

Nope, it'll get locked because there's already a thread about it in the correct forum and it's not a GT5 issue.

It's also an irrelevance - you cannot give away rights by signing an EULA. An EULA which contravenes legislation is not enforcible - they can go beyond law, but never against it.

If you think "everyone here doesn't care about their rights", you've not been in the Opinions forum much.
