How many monitors does iRacing support?

Just wonder if this is possible

Front Projecter
Left Side Projecter
Left Mirror 6" screen
Right side Projecter
Right Mirror 6" Screen
Back mirror (The one in the middle, not sure what the english name is) 6" screen

Instead of a back mirror a dashboard is probobly better though
 
It depends on how you want to use the monitors. You can't use monitors for mirrors.
