How might I do this?

Okay, I'm a TA for my old Computer Lit teacher during 4th block, but I basically just maintain the school's website. We decided that instead of havng department pages that just have staff names and email, we should have some sort of way to show each member of the department's name, picture, and a short biography.

I sort of jumbled a way to do it using <iframe> tags and a dropdown box, but I was wondering if the same effect could be made using a database. For example, each entry on the database would store a name, a picture, and a short bio piece. I think I could implement the name and description, but I'm not entirely certain. If someone would know how to do this I would be very greatful.

By the way, we are using Frontpage 2002-ish and if we usea database, it'll probably be MS Access 2000, but if we had to use SQL that'd be alright, too.

Unfortunately, i am unsure on how to do this, but could anybody tell me why on my computer's hard drive, under program files, there is a folder for ms front page, when i don't even have it! The folder is completely empty, but why is it there? Also, does anyone know how much ms front page can be bought for?
I felt this was not a big enough issue to make a thread about, thanks.
