How much does Panoz Esperante GTR-1 cost?

I've been waiting for this car to show up in my UCD for a while now, but it has yet to appear unfortunately. How will this car cost me when it finally does decide to appear in my UCD?

If your looking for a race car the Panoz is alright, but there are better. For 4 million I got the Peugeut, and it has a top speed of a tic over 220 with out a draft, and mazes out at 230 with the draft. It is untouchable under breaking, although it's a bit unstable in longer turns. Pretty much any LMS car is a better use of money because I always see the Panoz in the bac part of the field and LMS cars are better tuned and set up. But that is just my personal opinion, you do what ever you like with our money, and I will say the Panoz doesn't look to bad, pretty stylish.

The car isnt even that good. Extremely disappointed with a lot of the cars in this game and the extremely stupid and un-well-thoughtout power ratings and upgrades. Car should easily be pushing 1000 HP fully tuned yet isnt even 800, almost every car in the game is like this too except the select few that are realistic like that.
