How the hell do I kick people when hosting a custom public lobby?

Obviously there comes a time (every time I play) when some ******** comes in wrecking and/or using a Dodge Dart and I need to get rid of him. But I can't figure out any way to kick him. How?

EDIT: Ahh, can't kick during a race
