There has been a bit of confusion on how to achive 100% in gran turismo 3: A-Spec. This is how to achive 100% in the PAL version of the game. Some parts may be different in other versions.
To achive 100% you have to:
Pass the 48 license tests - regardless of whether you take home gold, silver or bronze.
Achive 1st place in all races in gran turismo mode.
Achive 1st place in all 36 single races in arcade mode at hard difficulty level.
Achive 1st place in all ten time attacks in arcade mode.
