How to Add a Screen Shot to a Post???

I want to add a screen shot to a post. There is no option to add a file from my computer. I uploaded it to Flickr and used the 'insert image' feature to add its URL, but after it was submitted the space where the code was is blank in the final post. Am I doing something wrong? Please help.

On Flickr, click on share, click on "grab html/BBcode", select BBcode, then chose your size, then copy and paste the resultant text into your post here.

Thanks. I wasn't using the BBcode. Duh...haha.
