However my full work hours are:

Monday 6:30am till 9am - Working till 1pm this Monday
Wednesday 6:30am till 9am
Thursday 6pm till 9pm
Friday 6:30am till 9am and 6pm till 9pm
As an European used to 24h clock, I just might understand this incorrectly, but you work 12½ hours a week? (+4 hours this week?)

Before any other comments from me, did I get that part right?

I've tried one pattern and it is not working for me, but when I went to sleep for 6 hours it happened in bursts and I woke up at midnight, so I may try and go to bed at say 8pm and try to fall asleep at 9pm so I have about 8 hours of sleep, be. However I found out more then 9 hours of sleep is bad for my age groups heath.

But I will still try to sleep for 50 hours to slash my sleep time down from Friday 10pm to 70 hours, and then I try to sleep another 24 hours from 9pm Monday to Tuesday to put my sleep time down to around about:

42 hours

i took this for several years when I lived in the USA. It worked wonderfully. I did have to be consious of going to bed within 10-15 minutes of taking it. Otherwise I would sleep walk/talk for hours and once I drove to the pharmacy for medicine for my son. I remember everything up to getting into the car to drive home. the rest is blank.

You can buy ambien on this website.

Basically, one of the ways of combating insomina is to go to bed at the same time every night and get out of bed at the same time every morning. No matter how tired you are or how restless you are.

Eventually, after a week or more, you will then just immediately drop off to sleep at the required time and wake up fairly naturally at your wake up time.;

This thread is 3 days old, I hope you've had some sleep since the original post!
