how to change ai difficulty

new to the forums... please bear with me. i had gt5 prologue and you were able to adjust the ai difficulty. i now race some arcade races on professional and i cant find the place to adjust ai difficulty in gt5. i am winning these races with ease. does anyone know if you can adjust the difficulty? thanks in advance.
 
pretty sure you cant adjust the difficulty... shame, but dont worry coz it ends up becoming sooo hard you want to kill urself :D enjoy
