How to change default driving veiw permenantly?

Where in the settings can I find the optoin of starting the game in the driving veiw I preffer? I always start on the original default veiw and I want to switch that?

Yes but everytime I restart the game I join my first race and have to quickly cycle through the veiws. How do I get it to realize I want that veiw everytime?

You can't, you'll just have to cycle though them, it would be nice if there was a way though.

You can't, but you'll get used to it after a while. It's not as bad as the other issues in this game, but I won't go into specifics. *Cough* 800 Standards *cough*
