How to change font colors in-game?

I notice some dude can type not just in white, but also in other colors.

I also notice that they use a code like ""to change font color into yellow

I tried some number like 24 25 etc but they wouldn't work.

Where can I find the full color code? I want red and pink ones. Glad if someone tells me here
